I recently received a one-page marketing letter from a real estate agent and that single page contained 12 errors.  Twelve; when even one is unacceptable. The agent mailed his introductory letter to every resident in our city, with a $0.44 stamp applied to the envelope. After taking my red pen and circling each of his mistakes, I discarded the letter in frustration.

What a waste of his money.

Before you spend one dollar of your valuable marketing budget, you should be completely confident in the way you present your company. Brochures, pamphlets, and mailing materials are costly, so you literally cannot afford to have your company overlooked because of errors in your presentation.

Before you send correspondence to your clients or encourage customers to visit your website, you should be certain that this window to your company is precisely as you desire.
